Garments made with Albini 1876 fabrics at the Supima Design Lab in Paris.

Each year Supima, the renowned association of American growers of the cotton of the same name, organises the Supima Design Lab, a contest for stylists and fashion designers from all over the world.

A true event devoted to fashion and American Supima cotton was organised for its fifth edition in Paris at the American Embassy during the Paris Fashion Week.

Inside this elegant setting, the projects realised by the seven stylists and designers were presented, who had the opportunity of showing their creations to the numerous international guests and industry experts who attended the event.

Albini Group confirmed its presence and support to the young talented people involved by supplying fabrics bearing the Albini 1876 signature made of 100% Supima cotton. Sini Saavala’s wonderful white dress, which won the ‘L’Atelier des Matières’ award, was one of the garments made with Albini 1876’s prestigious fabrics.

Albini Group’s involvement in the Supima Design Lab once again demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting emerging young talents in their professional careers and also confirms the strong partnership with Supima.
