ALBINI GROUP SPRING/SUMMER 2022 COLLECTIONS

COLLECTIONS ENTIRELY AVAILABLE IN DIGITAL FORMAT, SHOWROOMS IN THE WORLD’S MOST IMPORTANT CITIES AND A RENEWED ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS.

Albini Group presents the new Spring/Summer 2022 collections of its four brands – Albini 1876, Albini Donna, Thomas Mason and Albiate 1830 – with an increasingly digital-oriented approach.

To respond to the market’s immediate needs, the company has in fact created a Virtual Showroom that allows customers to have remote access to the more than 2,000 variations comprising the fabric collections of the various brands.

Where possible, digital innovation does not penalize the importance of human contact: in recent months Albini Group has intensified, with particular attention and care for safety measures, its presence in the world’s most strategic cities such as Milan, Paris, Barcelona, Hong Kong and New York, with dedicated showrooms that become fundamental meeting places with the finest fashion brands, shirtmakers and retailers.

Albini Group, a leader in shirting fabric production, now presents four collections for four different brands, each with a well-defined identity. In common, in addition to being able to anticipate and dictate trends in shirts, they also share a renewed environmental awareness, always attentive to developing and using sustainable processes and materials.

The following are some concrete examples:

  • the revolutionary Biofusion® project, the organic cotton that is scientifically traceable from the crop field to the final product in the store;
  • Retwist®, the yarn made with mechanically recycled cotton and the highest quality American virgin cotton. In a perfect circular economy perspective, recycled cotton comes partly from the company’s discarded fabrics and spinning waste;
  • Natural Colours, the project that gave life to new colours obtained from 100% natural sources, such as woods, plants and soils, conceived by Albini Next, the Albini Group Think Tank which came into being to create the fabrics of tomorrow.

THE COLLECTIONS

ALBINI 1876

City & Nature is the inspiration for Albini 1876’s Spring Summer 2022 collection: nature merges with metropolitan contexts to give life to an unprecedented and contemporary style. The fabrics, both formal and casual, are interpreted in earth colours, neutral and sophisticated hues and pastel shades. Natural raw materials such as organic cotton, linen and Tencel are used to create technical and high-performance fabrics, perfect for city life, ensuring practicality, functionality and comfort.
