Albini Group participates in the exhibition ALLA MODA DAL 1948

Albini Group took part in the flagship exhibition on the rights of workers in the Italian textile, clothing, and leather manufacturing industry, inaugurated by Trama Palza, a non-profit association promoting sustainable fashion through art.

The exhibition “Alla moda dal 1948” aims to highlight the best practices of 7 Italian textile manufacturing companies,including Albini Group, which adopt virtuous ethics towards their male and female workers. The artworks on display are reinterpretations of each company’s work uniforms, presented as a true manifesto of social sustainability, reimagined through upcycling and tailoring creativity by some of the most renowned fashion designers in the sustainable fashion landscape.

“Alla moda dal 1948” aims to raise awareness about the rights and duties of citizens, thus promoting and spreading the fundamental principles related to the world of work as enshrined in the Constitution of the Italian Republic, fostering greater awareness and stimulating moments of reflection in the public, who are also involved in the artistic process of the exhibition.

The winner of the contest, Flavia La Rocca, created an elegant women’s dress using Albini Group’s work shirts,motherhoodand women workers.
